Red Sector Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and forward-thinking veterinary practice to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon with a strong interest in surgery. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality surgical care and looking to further develop their skills within a supportive and well-equipped environment.

This role is ideal for a vet who enjoys a varied caseload but is particularly driven by surgical procedures and wants to play a key role in enhancing surgical standards within the practice.

The Role

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will take clinical responsibility for patient care, with a strong emphasis on surgery, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times. You will work as part of a collaborative team, delivering outstanding care to both patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and surgical procedures
• Take a proactive role in managing and developing surgical cases
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans for patients
• Maintain the highest levels of clinical governance and compliance
• Support and mentor less experienced team members, particularly in surgical techniques
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and professional clinical team

About You

• MRCVS qualified Veterinary Surgeon
• Strong interest and confidence in surgery (essential)
• Passionate about clinical excellence and patient care
• A team player who is keen to share knowledge and support others
• Committed to continuous professional development
