Surgical Veterinary Surgeon – Horncastle & Coningsby

Love surgery? Want variety, progression, and a great work-life balance?

Join us for a 4-day week (2 days Horncastle, 2 days Coningsby) with a small 1-in-3 Saturday rota (8:30–12).

At Horncastle, you’ll enjoy a bustling multi-vet hub with diverse cases, great facilities, and strong clinical support. At Coningsby, you’ll have the independence of sole charge in a friendly, close-knit branch. Between the two sites, you’ll access excellent kit including VVS scan, orthopaedics, and digital/dental X-ray.

We offer funded certificates, in-house clinical communities (Surgery, Medicine, Imaging, Ophthalmology, Exotics), relocation support, and Visa sponsorship.

Enjoy the best of both worlds – supportive team culture with the freedom to grow.
