As a Sushi Chef de Partie, you will play a central role in the preparation and execution of high-quality sushi dishes, contributing to the diversity and excellence of our menu. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes in accordance with established recipes. - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. - Maintain a clean and organized sushi station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. - Assist in inventory management, ordering, and maintaining quality control of sushi ingredients. - Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, contributing to the development of a cohesive culinary team. - Actively participate in menu development, bringing forward ideas for continuous improvement.
