A corporate site in the City of London is looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Head Sushi Chef to create stunning Nigiri, Maki, Uramaki (inside-out rolls), Sashimi, Temaki, and Inari for their clientele through a 2-day pop-up service plus hospitality throughout Monday to Friday, producing around 500 pieces per day.
There are evening events throughout the week, and if you work, you will be paid a substantial overtime rate
The salary for this Head Sushi Chef position is £45k per annum, and working Monday to Friday only on a 40-hour contract with paid overtime
