Are you a recent graduate with a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a real impact? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sustainability Graduate to support and grow our sustainability agenda across our Bishop’s Stortford manufacturing site and Shepherd’s Bush office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in sustainability. You’ll work closely with teams across Technical, Procurement, People, and Operations, gaining hands-on experience in embedding sustainability into a fast-paced FMCG business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the delivery of our sustainability strategy and key initiatives
• Assisting with environmental and social impact programmes across our sites
• Helping to track and report on carbon emissions and sustainability KPIs
• Supporting the maintenance of certifications (including B-Corp, RSPO, and RFA)
• Conducting research and analysis to inform sustainability improvements
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners on sustainability projects

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field
• Is passionate about sustainability and eager to learn
• Has strong organisational and analytical skills
• Communicates confidently and enjoys working with different teams
• Is proactive, curious, and solutions-focused
