More about your role

As the Swimming Coordinator you will be tasked with managing the swim programme, scheduling 1:1 lessons, coordinating school swim programmes and managing swim teachers. You will deliver a high level of customer service to all of our pool customers. You will manage the Swimming Instructors and empower them to motivate and instruct pupils, turning non-swimmers into confident pool users and helping swimmers achieve their fitness goals.

More about you

The successful applicant will have previous management experience and a commercial background, ideally in swimming. You will have a clear commitment to on-going Continuous Personal Development (attending at least 2 course/workshops per year) and you should have a good working knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway. Above all you will be passionate about swimming and creating active places and healthy people.
