You will be working with Adults aged 16 years and older who will have a range of health and social needs. You will be responsible for the completion of a holistic assessment of risks and needs, developing care support plans to meet identified needs, reviewing existing plans and supporting duty work under the supervision of the Operations Manager. This work is underpinned by the principles of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968.
