Systems Analyst – Pensions - Permanent Position

Location: Bristol

We’re currently seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with strong pensions industry knowledge to join our client, aglobal leader in financial services technology.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, supporting a wide range of pension administration platforms and helping drive system improvements, configuration, and delivery across key business areas. You’ll play a key role in analysing, maintaining, and enhancing their pensions systems, working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure optimal delivery and performance.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in a Systems Analyst or similar role

✅ Strong understanding of pensions administration (DB/DC schemes, retirements, transfers, etc.)

✅ Experience working in financial services, ideally on pension platforms

✅ Strong communication skills and attention to detail

✅ Confident producing documentation and supporting the full system development lifecycle
