Systems Integration Manager (Contract)

Location: Northamptonshire area
Rate: £500 per day
Contract - Outside IR35

We are currently seeking an experienced Systems Integration Manager with a strong warehousing / logistics automation background to support a fast-paced project in Northamptonshire.

This role will play a critical part in integration, testing, and commissioning, working closely with vendors, suppliers, and the end customer to ensure successful system delivery within aggressive timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the integration and testing strategy and plans to support successful project delivery

Lead testing and commissioning activities, coordinating across multiple vendors and third parties

Contribute to integration and testing requirements for supplier bids and tender documentation

Own and manage integration documentation, ensuring accuracy and traceability

Act as the primary point of contact for customer liaison, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure integrated systems are delivered on time and within budget

Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to system integration

Essential Experience

Proven experience as a Systems Integration Manager or similar role

Strong background in warehousing, logistics, or distribution centre automation

Hands-on experience with testing, commissioning, and vendor coordination

Excellent documentation and planning capability

Confident working in fast-track, high-pressure project environments

Strong stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills

Desirable

Experience working with multiple system integrators and automation vendors

Exposure to large-scale automated warehouse systems

Background in end-to-end system delivery
