This is a specialist engineering role focused on designing, analysing and validating cutting‑edge liquid‑cooling systems for next‑ data centres and high‑performance environments. You will lead technical development, shape product innovation, and work closely with customers and internal teams to create world‑class cooling solutions.

Description
Key responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership in the design, sizing and validation of HVAC and liquid‑cooling systems (including ΔT, ΔP, pipe sizing, valves, separators and pressurisation solutions).
Translate cooling requirements into new product concepts across valves, fittings, degassers, expansion vessels and related system components.
Customise solutions for specific data‑centre builds, producing BoMs, valve schedules, layouts and installation notes.
Monitor market trends, technologies and standards to inform long‑term product roadmap decisions.
Act as the voice of the customer to Product Management and R&D, defining specifications and prioritising improvements.
Provide thought leadership, mentoring colleagues and representing the organisation within the industry.Profile
The successful candidate:
Degree‑qualified in Mechanical, Thermal or a related engineering discipline.
5+ years' hands‑on HVAC, thermal‑system or liquid‑cooling design experience (data‑centre background helpful but not essential).
Working understanding of cooling topologies, reliability requirements and industry guidelines (e.g., ASHRAE TC 9.9).
Experience in product design or R&D, with exposure to CAD, prototyping and testing.
Ideally familiar with fluid‑control products, BIM/AutoCAD, and basic CFD/thermal modelling.
Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work cross‑functionally and take initiative in a fast‑moving environment.
Detail‑driven, structured and comfortable working both from drawings and on-site.Job Offer
