Systems Developer / Technical Support Engineer\n\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Systems Developer / Technical Support Engineer to join our Littlehampton based law firm on an initial 6 Month Fixed Team Contract.\n\nSystems Developer / Technical Support Engineer\n\nResponsibilities and Duties:\n\n* Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, operational requirements, and system needs.\n* Translate business requirements into system workflows, configurations, and functional implementations.\n* Configure and implement software platforms, integrations, and operational tools.\n* Support the setup, maintenance, and optimisation of system environments.\n* Develop and document workflows, automation processes, and configuration standards.\n* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.\n* Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of new features or system updates.\n* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through better system configuration and workflow design.\n* Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure systems align with business objectives.\n\nSystems Developer / Technical Support Engineer\n\nKnowledge, Sills and Experience:\n\n* Experience working with business systems, platforms, or SaaS tools in a configuration or implementation capacity.\n* Strong understanding of workflows, system integrations, and operational processes.\n* Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.\n* Experience with system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.\n* Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, or automation tools (beneficial but not necessarily heavy coding).\n* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n* Experience documenting processes and system configurations.\n* Self-starter who is comfortable working in an evolving and fast-paced environment.\n\nSystems Developer / Technical Support Engineer\n\nIn accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.\n\nDGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
