Exciting opportunity for a Systems Manager with strong experience gained in hospitality / retail to join a growing business based near Chipping Norton, offering up to £60,000 DOE.
The role
As Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for administering and supporting a variety of hospitality and retail systems. This will include:
provide day to day support and coordination business systems
troubleshoot / problem solve technical issues (driving root cause analysis)
coordinate upgrades, releases etc.
maintain documentation as well as training and best practice support to users
work closely with 3rd party vendors
support on ongoing projects, including roll outs of new systems and applications
ensure systems are compliant with IT security standards
About you
Applicants for the Systems Manager role will have:
experience of supporting hospitality and/or retail systems, with strong knowledge of the hospitality / retail industries and processes
experience of hospitality / retail systems (e.g. Opera Cloud, Simphony)
excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience of working with 3rd party vendors
excellent coordination and organisation skills, with ability to work on projects
have access to own car/transport and driving licence, with flexibility to travel to various local sites
On offer
Salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits. Note this is an office based role.
