Talent Acquisition AdvisorMerseyside (hybrid)Salary: £30,000 -£35,0000This position is responsible for delivering a high-quality recruitment service that supports an esatblished and growing organisation's current and future hiring needs. Working within the Talent function, you will manage recruitment activity across the full lifecycle.Role Responsibilities* Lead recruitment assignments from role approval through to successful hire and onboarding.* Work in partnership with hiring managers to define role requirements and agree effective hiring strategies.* Promote fair, inclusive, and unbiased recruitment practices across all hiring activity.* Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing, social platforms, and advertising channels.* Support interview processes, offering advice on assessment approaches, decision-making, and compliance.* Develop engaging attraction content to increase visibility of opportunities and engage passive candidates.* Act as an ambassador for the Talent function, supporting employer brand activity through events and networking.* Provide hiring managers with guidance on recruitment best practice, onboarding processes, and compliance requirements.* Maintain awareness of changes in employment legislation and recruitment market trends.* Liaise with third-party suppliers involved in assessment or shortlisting, ensuring a positive candidate experience.* Review and analyse recruitment data to improve attraction methods and candidate reach.* Undertake salary and benefits benchmarking to support informed hiring decisions.* Assist with recruitment projects, reporting, and management information as required.Skills, Experience & Knowledge* Good working knowledge of recruitment compliance and onboarding requirements, including Right to Work and DBS.* Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within a fast-moving or high-volume environment.* Proven ability to source candidates proactively using a variety of channels, including social media.* Confidence advising senior stakeholders on recruitment strategy, best practice, and employment regulation.* Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.The CultureThe culture is collaborative and people-focused, with strong values underpinning how teams work together.
