As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates via adverts, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Writing compelling job ads and promote employee benefits.
• Managing talent pools, shortlist, arrange interviews, and give feedback.
• Negotiating offers and overseeing onboarding.
• Partnering with hiring managers, advising on selection methods and process.
