We’re looking for a heavyweight TA Operations leader to be the right hand to the TA Excellence Lead in a global financial services organisation.

This isn’t a maintenance role - it’s about leading major programs, driving operational governance, and delivering transformation across multiple regions . You’ll lead the team that makes talent acquisition smarter, faster, and more consistent at scale.

What you’ll do: Drive large-scale TA operations, process optimisation, and tech transformation Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions Lead senior TA specialists and partner with leadership globally Deliver complex, high-impact cross-regional projects
