Role: Talent Acquisition Manager – Europe (Sales, GTM & Marketing)
Location: Paris, Brussels, Barcelona, Munich or London
Reports to: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across Sales, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Marketing functions within our European offices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a strong track record in commercial hiring.
As the dedicated TA lead for commercial hiring in Europe, you will work closely with local hiring managers and regional leadership to build scalable recruitment strategies, source exceptional talent, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll be hands-on in directly sourcing candidates, while also managing relationships with external agencies to support high-volume or specialist recruitment needs.
Based in one of our European hubs (Paris, Brussels, Barcelona, Munich or London), this position offers hybrid working flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on Ohme’s commercial expansion across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales, GTM, and Marketing roles – from briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
- Direct Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and nurture talent pipelines across commercial functions using LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks.
- Agency Management: Collaborate with and manage external recruitment agencies where necessary, ensuring high performance and alignment with hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to European hiring managers, understanding business goals and delivering tailored talent acquisition strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Champion a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging candidate journey from first contact to first day.
- Recruitment Operations: Use our ATS (Greenhouse) and reporting tools to monitor key hiring metrics and continuously improve processes.
- Employer Branding: Support the growth of Ohme’s employer brand across Europe, particularly within commercial talent communities.
- At least 3 years’ experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Sales, GTM, or Marketing roles.
- Experience hiring across multiple European countries.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong sourcing capability with a strategic approach to talent engagement and market mapping.
- Experience working with and managing external recruitment agencies.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
- Analytical, organised, and data-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluency in English and at least two additional European language (e.g. French, German, Spanish, or Dutch) is essential.
