You will take full ownership of end to end recruitment across both fee earning and business support roles.

Alongside delivery, you will play a key role in driving talent strategy and supporting the business through an ambitious growth phase.

Your responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Manager

Manage full end to end recruitment across all areas of the business
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Lead on candidate attraction strategy to support business growth
Support and deliver projects across employer brand, onboarding and succession planning
Contribute to the development and optimisation of the careers website
Support or implement an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

What we’re looking for in a Talent Acquisition Manager

Proven experience recruiting within the legal sector (agency or in house)
Strong understanding of end to end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Experience working at a senior or management level
Comfortable in a hands on delivery role without direct reports
Experience with ATS implementation or optimisation is advantageous
