The Talent Acquisition Team

You will join a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals who are dedicated to attracting and hiring top talent that drives the success of our organisation. We are committed to providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across all business areas depending on the needs of the business. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial, as you will be required to move between business areas based on fluctuating demands. You will work closely with HR Business Partners to identify future talent needs and provide strategic insights to support workforce planning.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, leveraging market insights, data fluency, and influencing skills to shape hiring strategies. Your role will require strong collaboration, accurate data management, and exceptional communication skills.
