About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team within the combined Turner & Townsend / CBRE Project Management entity. This role will partner with the business to attract, source, and hire top-tier talent for our Building Consultancy service line. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be accountable for delivering end-to-end recruitment activities across multiples teams nationwide including Building Surveying, Engineering, Façade Consultancy, Capital Allowances, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Geomatics

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring we have the skilled professionals necessary to deliver exceptional service and support our continued growth. You will be a key player in shaping our talent pipeline and contributing to the success of our business.

As a trusted advisor, the Talent Acquisition Partner will champion recruitment best practices and ensure adherence to all relevant legislation. You will provide excellent service to both candidates and hiring managers, exercising sound judgment in all interactions.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will also cultivate a deep understanding of current and future talent needs, providing high-quality market insights through networking, research, and knowledge sharing.

What you’ll do:

  • Accountable for all recruitment activity within dedicated Service Line, understand Business Line requirements to deliver recruitment plans to hire key talent into all roles
  • Act as a strategic recruitment advisor, working collaboratively with People and Business Leadership teams to align hiring strategy to source talent against business needs and priorities
  • Define, develop, plan & implement recruitment and attraction strategies to drive talent engagement and to attract and recruit the best talent into the business
  • Actively work with wider people team to understand internal talent pipeline and promote opportunities across CBRE Business Lines
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of talent, competitors and recruitment markets to positively impact and develop resource plans against current and future hiring demands
  • Consults with stakeholders on TA metrics providing quarterly talent and market insights

What you’ll need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in 360 recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and hiring technical roles within Real Estate.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience recruiting Building Surveyors and/or Engineers is highly desirable.
  • 360-Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, either from an in-house or recruitment agency background.
  • Able to work in a matrix organization; prioritizing workload and effectively communicating with key stakeholders to achieve team goals
  • Maintain a big picture view across CBRE Business Lines whilst managing effective day-to-day delivery
  • Partners and participates actively across the TA team ensuring the sharing and implementation of best practices
  • Inspire confidence and trust with the ability to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and sincerity with working with stakeholders at all levels (both internally and externally).
  • Experienced in managing recruitment activity across multiple locations – a high aptitude for networking and building strong relationships remotely is required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • In depth resourcing knowledge and awareness of current resourcing trends and innovations
  • A passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in all approaches
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of resourcing technologies and social networking to build diverse candidates/talent pools - ATS expertise, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, talent pooling and market mapping
