This is a fantastic opportunity for three dynamic Talent Acquisition Partners to support a busy recruitment agenda. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders and act as deputy for the Senior TA Partner, driving recruitment processes from briefing through to offer.
What You’ll Be Delivering
Deputy Leadership in Recruitment Step in when the Senior TA Partner is unavailable to keep recruitment running smoothly and efficiently. Hiring Manager Partnering Collaborate closely with operational managers to understand their staffing needs, provide market insight, and offer strategic recruitment advice. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, and social networks to build proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles.
