What You’ll Be Delivering

Deputy Leadership in Recruitment Step in when the Senior TA Partner is unavailable to keep recruitment running smoothly and efficiently. Hiring Manager Partnering Collaborate closely with operational managers to understand their staffing needs, provide market insight, and offer strategic recruitment advice. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, and social networks to build proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles. Candidate Selection & Engagement Handle CV screening, interview scheduling, shortlisting, and manage the candidate journey with professionalism and inclusivity.
