Talent Acquisition Partner

New Yesterday

Job Description

We’re partnering with a fast-paced, event-led hospitality business looking for a hands-on 360° Hospitality Recruiter to take full ownership of talent across multiple flagship venues.

This role suits someone who understands hospitality operations first-hand — someone who speaks the language of service, understands the pressure of peak demand, and knows what great teams look like on the floor.

It’s a roll-up-your-sleeves, lead-from-the-front position where you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while leading a small team in a high-energy environment.

The Role

As Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Partner, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment and stay actively involved day to day. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading permanent recruitment (approx. 35–40 roles annually, all levels)
  • Managing high-volume hiring for major events and match days (casual through to fine dining)
  • Overseeing onboarding, compliance, right-to-work checks, and contract sign-off
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and confidently challenging hiring decisions
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting a small recruitment team
  • Supporting operations during peak hiring periods

This is a 48-hour, fully on-site role in a busy, ever-changing environment where priorities shift quickly and your work directly impacts live operations.

What Makes This Different

  • Hands-on leadership — you lead by doing
  • Fast-moving environment — no two days are the same
  • Real impact — your hires shape service delivery and guest experience
  • Autonomy and trust — freedom to run your function properly

Who This Suits

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have strong hospitality recruitment experience (essential)
  • Ideally come from a hospitality operations background and moved into recruitment
  • Understand the realities of service-led environments and peak demand
  • Can recruit across all levels, from frontline to senior hires
  • Have experience managing compliance, onboarding, and contracts
  • Stay calm under pressure and enjoy a hands-on role
  • Are comfortable challenging stakeholders and making decisions

This role won’t suit recruiters looking for purely strategic or advisory positions. A hospitality mindset is essential.

Package

  • £50,000–£55,000 salary
  • 33 days holiday
  • Company pension
  • Life assurance
  • Access to some of the industry’s most exciting events
