We have a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who thrives on variety, partnership, and finding exceptional talent across multiple business areas.


You will join a thriving and growing business with offices across England and you will own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a broad range of mid-level vacancies across the firm's service lines.


You will be based in the firm's Oxford office, working on a hybrid basis. The company affords all employees with flexible working hours around their core hours.


As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver a first-class candidate experience.


Travel to the company's offices across England will be required to ensure hiring managers are well supported throughout the hiring process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for part-qualified, newly qualified and mid-level corporate roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define requirements, draft job specifications and advise on hiring strategies.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring a professional, inclusive and efficient experience for all applicants.
  • Candidate sourcing and interviewing prospective candidates.
  • Stakeholder and Hiring Manager support.
  • Operations and process improvement expertise, becoming a subject matter expert on the firm's applicant tracking system.
  • Work closely with the firm's internal corporate functions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Support offer management and compliance/ screening checks.


About You

  • You will have proven talent acquisition experience in an in house role ideally, ideally within an accountancy firm, law firm or professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of professional services hiring, ideally including tax, audit, accounting.
  • You will have experience interviewing candidates.
  • A relevant qualification such as CIPD or CertIHR would be beneficial
  • Experience using an ATS, ideally HiBob would be ideal, as is the ability to produce management reporting on a frequent basis.
  • Familiarity with using job boards and LinkedIn recruiter and technically minded, with an ability to pull together recruitment data insights
  • Skilled in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and market mapping.
  • Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You should hold a full UK drivers license to support occasional travel between offices.
