We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development team in London. This role offers a chance to contribute to a fast-growing company with core values of Excellence, Accountability, Integrity, and Service.
Job Purpose
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will lead recruitment for high-impact roles including Business Managers, Technical Directors, and Support Functions. Your goal is to identify, engage, and secure top talent to shape the future of our company.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Understand hiring needs and workforce planning to fill leadership and specialist roles efficiently.
- Candidate Identification: Source high-caliber professionals via direct approaches, headhunting, LinkedIn, talent mapping, and digital methods.
- Employer Branding & Attraction: Create compelling job ads and represent the company at recruitment events.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Screen CVs, conduct phone screenings and structured interviews, and manage relationships with candidates and directors.
- Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Leadership Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Market Insights: Conduct talent market analysis to stay ahead of trends and inform hiring strategies.
- Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Provide updates through dashboards and reports to optimize processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance candidate experience and recruitment workflows across functions.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-5 years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.
- Proven ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in employer branding and building strong candidate relationships.
