Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing guidance and support to both candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology will have:

Recent, consistent (last 5 years) experience in recruiting for technology roles within Financial Services, preference is for Investment or Corporate Banking in London and a strong understanding of recruiting within a highly regulated Financial Services environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques. Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
