Interim Recruitment Business Partner (12-month FTC) London: Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 WFH Salary: between £70,000 and £80,000 depending on experienceOakleaf Partnership are partnering with a global financial services organisation. They are looking for an Interim Recruitment Business Partner to join their established recruitment team during a particularly busy period of hiring.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused recruitment role supporting a high-volume and fast-moving environment across a wide range of front, middle and back office roles from Analysts to Associate Directors. You will be working closely with an experienced recruitment team and hiring managers across multiple international locations, helping to keep pace with current demand and upcoming headcount approvals.This is very much a delivery role reporting into the Head of Recruitment and working within a collaborative team structure, where speed, communication and strong stakeholder management are key. It is not a standalone strategic position, but instead suits someone who enjoys being close to the hiring process and working at pace within a lean, supportive team.Key responsibilities:Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, with a strong focus on front office hiringManage multiple live requisitions across investment, operational and corporate teamsPartner closely with hiring managers across global offices to progress hiring efficientlyConduct screening, coordination and interview management across multiple stakeholdersSupport hiring across Analyst to Associate Director level rolesMaintain accurate workflow and tracking through Workday (or similar ATS)Work closely with a wider recruitment team to ensure consistency and delivery against hiring demandProvide clear, timely communication in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesCandidate profile:Proven experience in recruitment within financial services, with sufficient experience to operate confidently in a fast-paced, front office environmentsStrong exposure to front office recruitment within asset/investment management, hedge funds, investment banking or other fast-paced financial markets/capital markets environments is essentialComfortable working in a hands-on, delivery-focused role rather than a strategic or leadership positionExperience managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong communicator who enjoys pace, structure and responsivenessCollaborative, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a wider teamAbout the environment:This is a close-knit, globally connected recruitment team that values pace, accountability and strong communication.
