Own recruitment for new site openings from FOH - AGM Run recruitment days, manage pipelines, and handle early-stage screenings Lead recruitment processes and ensure every new joiner gets a standout experience Build and refine recruitment structure across the business Coach and upskill site managers to improve local hiring confidence Spot gaps and proactively improve hiring processes, visibility, and candidate flow Sound great?
