My client is an innovative, fast-growing global AI technology company who, following a recent acquisition, are entering an exciting new phase of growth and integration. They are looking for a Technical Talent & HR Partner to help shape the next chapter of their people and talent strategy.


This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded individual who has a background in both technical recruitment and HR, to play a pivotal role in both talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations across a scaling, international business. It is vital you have experience in both!


Reporting into senior leadership, you will operate as a trusted partner across both the legacy and newly acquired business units. You will balance hands-on recruitment delivery with core HR responsibilities, ensuring a seamless employee experience during a period of integration and growth.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technology-led environments and enjoys building structure while maintaining agility.


Talent Acquisition (Technical Focus)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Software Developers, Machine Researchers, Pipeline Development/Technical Director, AI Product Managers)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce planning needs
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre global technical talent
  • Manage agency relationships where required
  • Drive employer branding initiatives within the AI and technology market
  • Improve recruitment processes, metrics, and candidate experience


HR Partnership & Operations

  • Act as an HR partner to leaders across both pre- and post-acquisition teams
  • Support organisational integration, culture alignment, and change management
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support performance management cycles
  • Assist with policy development and implementation
  • Ensure HR compliance across relevant jurisdictions
  • Contribute to engagement and retention initiatives


About You:

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment within a technology or AI-driven environment
  • Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role
  • Experience supporting businesses through acquisition, merger, or scale-up phases is highly desirable
  • Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
  • Strong understanding of HR best practice and employment legislation
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
