  1. Talent Strategy: Develop and evolve a holistic talent strategy covering attraction, acquisition, development, and succession planning. Leverage Royal London’s mutual status and brand to attract diverse talent across all levels.
  2. Capability Development: Define current and future capability needs and embed a continuous learning culture. Champion our in-house learning academy.
  3. Leadership Development: Shape and execute the Strategic Leadership Capability Model aligned with our values. Deliver impactful leadership development experiences.
  4. Culture & Engagement: Advance our cultural journey, focusing on customer centricity and colleague voice. Design engagement strategies to gain insight into the colleague experience.
  5. Colleague Value Proposition: Embed our People Promise across the colleague lifecycle.
  6. Diversity & Inclusion: Drive an inclusion strategy to foster a truly inclusive workplace.
