Key Responsibilities

Candidate Pipelining

  • Proactively source and engage potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal talent database
  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical and high-volume roles, ensuring a proactive approach to future hiring needs
  • Screen candidate profiles to assess basic role fit and readiness
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand hiring priorities and translate them into targeted sourcing activity


Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding

  • Support the creation of high-quality, brand-aligned job adverts and recruitment marketing content
  • Assist in developing and executing EVP-led campaigns across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of engaging candidate content such as social media posts, blogs, videos, and team spotlights
  • Help keep our careers site and brand pages fresh and engaging by coordinating content updates and monitoring user engagement
  • Track and report on campaign and content performance, offering suggestions for improvement based on data and trends


Data Entry & System Management

  • Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track and update recruitment metrics, sourcing activity, and candidate progress
  • Ensure all documentation and records comply with internal processes and data protection requirements


Administrative Support

  • Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers as needed
  • Support the coordination of EVP campaigns, hiring events, and recruitment-related projects
  • Assist in recruitment reporting and insight generation to inform employer brand and hiring strategy


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience contributing to marketing or employer branding activity (e.g, creating social posts, supporting the design and delivery of campaign rollouts)
  • Experience using adobe and editing videos
  • A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail in written and visual content
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Confident using recruitment tools and technology (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel)
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is preferred but not essential
