Position: Talent Management Manager / Director (Global)

Location: London


Overview:

Based in the UK office, we are searching for a Senior Talent Management professional for an international organisation in the consumer goods sector.

This opportunity will oversee Talent Management strategies and activities globally.


Responsibilities include:

  • Support the growth of the organization through talent development globally
  • Report to the Head of Talent as well as work closely with the SVP HR and HRBP's
  • Lead the strategy, design and implementation of all Talent Management and Development to drive success factors and growth for the global populations - front office, back office, corporate...
  • Work alongside the Head of Talent to develop a sustainable, commercial and results focused Talent strategy to support the global teams to grow and maximise their full potential
  • Supported by the Learning & Development team, you will collaborate with Head of Departments and Teams to help them understand and solve real business problems, identifying solutions that address any capability or skills gaps
  • Responsible for overseeing the end to end delivery of all Talent Development activities and supporting communication; incorporating a blended approach
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of the Leadership Programme to Senior Managers, Directors and C level
  • Design and implement long and short term succession planning to ensure retention and development
  • Lead performance management strategies and initiatives globally working closely with HR business partners
  • Maintain effective communication with the leadership team and business units


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
  • 8+ years progressive HR experience including Talent leadership roles
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods, fashion or similar industry required
  • Global experience - EMEA, APAC, Americas
  • Leadership and organizational development knowledge
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing Talent strategies in complex matrix environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate and engaging delivery style
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of developing managers in core leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills for preparing reporting and comprehensive metrics
  • Employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development and assessment experience
