We're looking for a Talent Manager to join our People Team, playing a key role in attracting and hiring the very best talent across Fazenda. This is a field-based role requiring a minimum of 1 day per week at Head Office (Huddersfield) and 2-3 days per week supporting sites across the business. What you'll be doing: You'll take ownership of recruitment for business-critical roles, support restaurant teams with team member hiring, and lead recruitment activity for new site openings including planning, recruitment days and talent attraction strategies. What we're looking for: Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, operational environment Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the confidence to work closely with Operations Flexibility to travel and support sites across the business Commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple hiring demands simultaneously About Us At Fazenda, we are proud to offer an authentic Churrasco Experience, from the Pampas of Southern Brazil to the UK.
