Working closely with the existing Partner, this role will suit someone who enjoys client-facing advisory work and wants to play a key role in strengthening and expanding an already established tax function. What Is on Offer £90,000 £110,000 depending on experience Bonus, pension and benefits package Flexible working arrangements Clear progression towards Partner Opportunity to shape and grow a tax function within an established firm The Opportunity This is a senior position within the firms leadership structure, with a strong focus on advisory work across a varied client base of owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals. You will work alongside an experienced Tax Partner, contributing to the development of the advisory offering while supporting the wider team and maintaining high standards of client delivery. xehkeey There is genuine scope to influence how the function evolves over time, with a clear pathway to Partner for the right individual. What You Will Be Doing Supporting and delivering complex tax advisory work across corporate and personal tax Acting as a key point of contact for a portfolio of established clients Working closely with the Tax Partner on advisory projects and strategic client matters Supporting and developing members of the tax team Identifying opportunities to add value within the existing client base Contributing to the continued growth and development of the tax offering What They Are Looking For ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent) Strong background in tax advisory within an accountancy practice Experience working with owner-managed businesses Comfortable managing client relationships at a senior level Commercially aware, with an interest in developing business
