Remote/ Central London based (With travel to York)

This isn’t your typical tax role. Join a high-growth start-up led by a founder with a proven track record of building and scaling tax technology businesses. Backed with solid funding and big ambitions, this new venture is on a mission to redefine how tax professionals work with AI at its core.

Why is this different?

You’ll be working alongside a former EY Director of Tax Technology to help shape and train a cutting-edge AI platform. The tool is designed to support small accountancy practices (firms with 1-5 partners) by empowering them to tackle complex tax queries faster, more accurately, and with more confidence.

Your role?

You’re not expected to be the expert on everything. You’ll use your strong tax knowledge and research skills to help feed and refine the AI, turning policy into practical insights. You’ll help the technology get smarter, making a real impact on how tax is delivered across the UK.

What’s on offer:

• Remote-based with ad hoc office working in London, with monthly trips to the development team in York.

• Exposure to tax tech and digital transformation without needing prior tech experience.

What we’re looking for:

• ATT Qualified
• Background in Personal/Corporate/mixed tax.
• Comfortable researching and interpreting tax legislation.
• Curious mindset and collaborative approach.
• London-based.
