Vested Search are excited to partner with a globally renowned financial markets firm who are looking to hire a Tax Lawyer into their EMEA headquarters in London

This role will be responsible for global tax structuring and transaction tax support alongside the Head of Tax

Responsibilities of the Tax Lawyer include:

• Working on tax legal support for acquisitions and investments for both internal and external activity in the group
• Support the firm's trading activities on relevant tax law guidance when it comes to transactions and investments
• Close working relationship with front office teams both within the US and internationally, advising teams directly on tax policy, structuring and due diligence considerations for investment decisions
• Wider working relationship with teams across finance, legal, accounting and compliance on other ad-hoc tax planning and international tax initiatives for the region

This is a senior role with key engagement at the executive level a key feature of the role

Individuals should come from a reputable law firm with a minimum of 4-5 years post qualification experience in tax law within the financial services industry
