We are a small, friendly and supportive accountancy practice based on the outskirts of Leeds and are looking to recruit an experienced Tax Senior to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients in a relaxed practice environment while still gaining exposure to a varied portfolio of tax work.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, primarily focusing on personal tax compliance and advisory work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns
- Managing a portfolio of individual and business clients
- Preparing tax computations for individuals, partnerships and companies
- Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
- Dealing with HMRC correspondence and queries
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Supporting partners and assisting junior staff where required
About xrlawcv You
- 3+ years’ UK Practice experience
- ATT qualified, CTA qualified/part-qualified, or qualified by experience
- Strong knowledge of UK personal tax (corporate tax experience beneficial)
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and client relationship skills
