The Role – Business & Economics Teacher

The successful Business & Economics Teacher will:

• Understand the impact and importance of their role in helping students develop high aspirations and a strong understanding of business and economic principles.
• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
• Work within an experienced and supportive department, delivering strong outcomes and student progression.
• Plan and deliver innovative and challenging lessons, keeping up to date with curriculum developments.
• Monitor and track student progress to ensure high levels of achievement.
• Promote the school’s ethos and values at all times.
• Contribute to departmental meetings and wider whole-school initiatives.
