Teacher of Design and Technology (Required for September 2026) St Edmunds College offers modern facilities in a magnificent country setting in rural Hertfordshire, providing a safe and stimulating environment for young minds. St Edmunds College is seeking to appoint a full-time, ambitious, and enthusiastic teacher of DT. Candidates must have experience teaching resistant materials. Experience teaching textiles and graphics also welcome. The subject is thriving, with a pupil recently awarded the prestigious Arkwright Scholarship. Design and Technology is taught throughout the School, delivered to all pupils in Key Stage 3 and then as an option at GCSE. With small class sizes, DT is taught on the ground floor of the College in a spacious purpose-built workshop, and an adjacent supplementary classroom.
