Are you a creative, hands-on Design & Technology teacher with a passion for Resistant Materials?An exciting opportunity has opened in a Barnsley secondary school for a confident and enthusiastic QTS-qualified D&T Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of designers, makers, and problem-solvers.

? About the Role

You'll be delivering engaging, practical and theory-based lessons across KS3 & KS4, with a strong focus on Resistant Materials up to GCSE level. You'll bring the workshop to life with innovative projects, structured teaching, and a commitment to helping every student grow in confidence and skill.

?? What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• QTS - essential
• Solid experience teaching D&T: Resistant Materials
• Confidence in delivering lessons up to GCSE standard
• The ability to create a safe, inspiring and well-managed workshop environment
• Availability to start immediately
