PK Education PK Education are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of English to start as soon as possible on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is a full-time role teaching English at KS3 and KS4, based in a supportive secondary school environment.
This position is ideal for a passionate English specialist looking for a stable, ongoing opportunity with the flexibility and support of working through a reputable education agency.
The Role
Full-time teaching position, Monday to Friday Teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4 Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons Assessing, marking, and tracking student progress Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies Working collaboratively with department staff and senior leadership Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Specialism in English Recent experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3/KS4) Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Two suitable professional references PK Education are a trusted education recruitment agency with strong relationships across schools.
