Part-Time Teacher of History & English (3–4 Days per Week)

A leading independent school in Halstead is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of History and English to join their team on a part-time basis (3–4 days per week) for the summer term.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in both History and English across relevant year groups

* Inspire students to develop critical thinking, creativity, and a passion for learning

* Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the school’s standards

* Contribute positively to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Experience teaching History and/or English (KS3/KS4; KS5 desirable)

* Strong classroom management skills and a student-centred approach

* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
