Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design of an ambitious Science curriculum that revisits key concepts. Manage Misconceptions: Use tasks to identify and address student misunderstandings immediately. Behaviour Management: Maintain high expectations of behaviour using the school's established rewards and sanctions. Technology Integration: Utilise digital tools to enhance learning and accessibility. Data Analysis: Monitor student attainment data to identify and close learning gaps. Safeguarding: Actively promote the welfare and safety of all students in accordance with school policy. Parental Liaison: Communicate effectively with families regarding student achievement and well-being.
