Our provision is designed to support up to 20 young people aged 9 to 16 with Autism and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are looking for a dedicated Teacher of SEND (Maths Specialist) to join our team. You will be instrumental in creating a positive learning environment and making a real difference in our pupils lives. Due to our small class sizes, you will have the chance to establish genuine connections with each student and offer tailored support. Strong subject knowledge in Maths, with the ability to teach across key stages (KS1KS4). Experience of planning, delivering, and assessing engaging maths lessons that meet a range of learning needs. Understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and commitment to inclusive education. Ability to differentiate learning effectively and use creative approaches to engage pupils with varied abilities. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe, supportive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
