We are hiring based on attitude and character as much as qualifications.
Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS): Experienced practitioners looking for a smaller, more impactful environment.
Unqualified Teachers: Individuals with a strong subject knowledge (e.g., Construction, Sport, Art, Maths) and the ability to manage a classroom.
Resilience: A "thick skin" and a big heart are essential for working in an AP setting.

Why Join Our Burnley AP Team?
Competitive Pay: We match or exceed the national pay scales for both qualified and unqualified staff.
Growth: We offer a fully funded Teacher Training pathway for high-performing unqualified staff.
