Aspire People is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Salford that is seeking an enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS and KS1. This role is ideal for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or child mental health services.
The Role: * Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, including those with SEND * Assisting with phonics, early reading, and numeracy interventions * Supporting emotional regulation and social development * Helping to create an engaging and structured classroom environment * Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to the class teacher * Assisting with behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies
We Are Looking For: * A degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related field * A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A proactive, patient, and resilient attitude * Willingness to learn and develop within a school setting Why Join Through Aspire People?
