The ideal teacher will:
Hold QTS and have classroom experience in primary schools
Demonstrate confident knowledge of phonics schemes
Be experienced or confident working with SEN pupils
Create engaging, accessible lessons for young learners
Be a flexible, compassionate, and organised teacher
