About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Teaching and Learning Team Leader

/ Regional Education Manager to oversee the operational and educational performance of multiple learning centres. This role is key in ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in line with Ofsted standards, supporting both staff and learners to achieve their full potential.

You will lead and develop a team of tutors, oversee daily centre operations, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement in educational outcomes. Acting as the vital link between centre teams and senior leadership, you’ll also contribute to strategic planning and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Tutor Leadership & Development

Recruit, onboard, and train tutors to meet organisational and Ofsted standards. Conduct lesson observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality. Manage tutor schedules and workload across multiple centres. Operational Oversight
