Long-Term Role in a Nurturing Primary School in Salford | Until July 2026

Tradewind Recruitment, Manchester's leading education agency, is currently recruiting a caring and dedicated Level 3 Qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to support children within the EYFS at a gorgeous, nurturing primary school in Salford.

This is a long-term opportunity continuing until July 2026, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in the early stages of a child's education within a warm, supportive school environment.

The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs in EYFS

Support pupils with their learning, development, and emotional wellbeing

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support

Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Encourage positive behaviour and independence

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)

Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally within EYFS

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
