Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 3:30pm

About the role

We are looking for an KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in the Manchester area.

Responsibilities will include:

Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons Supporting children on a group and 1-1 basis Leading interventions and occasional class cover Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment Follow school policies and ensure continuity of learning Collaborate with school staff and contribute to a supportive team culture A Teaching Assistant – KS1 requirements:

Previous experience as an KS1 Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential Required to have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification Outstanding communication skills Inspirational role model who is highly motivated and reliable Confident in working with children on a 1:1 or group basis Able to commute to Manchester Able to provide an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to put one into process If this is the right role for you, please apply with your CV and we will be in touch to discuss the next steps.
