Teaching Assistant - Ad-Hoc SupplyRole: Teaching Assistant (LSA)Location: PE8Start Date: ASAPContract Type: Ad-hoc / Flexible SupplyPay: £95- £110 a day (depending on experience)Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible, ad-hoc work in a welcoming primary school environment?Aspire People are working with a school in the Peterborough who are seeking reliable and adaptable Teaching Assistants to provide support on an ad-hoc basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, can integrate quickly into new environments, and is confident supporting pupils across the primary age range.The Role:As a TA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Responsibilities will include:* Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons* Providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance* Leading and assisting with small group interventions* Supporting pupils with general classroom learning and targeted intervention work* Supervising pupils during break times and in the lunch hall* Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, inclusive environmentThe Ideal Candidate:* Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)* Has proven experience working within a UK primary school setting* Is confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs* Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills* Is flexible, proactive, and able to adapt at short noticeThis role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to maintain flexibility while continuing to make a positive impact in schools.If you are interested in securing ad-hoc work in the PE8 area and would like to be considered, please get in touch today to discuss your availability and experience.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
