Our pupils may have additional sensory needs, physical disabilities or display challenging behaviour - and they deserve the very best support. We're looking for enthusiastic, imaginative and energetic individuals who are passionate about special education. You'll be part of a highly skilled team supporting 125 pupils through a rich, personalised curriculum, being trained in using approaches such as PECS, Makaton, TEACCH, Sensory Integration, Positive Touch and a range of complementary therapies . The role would entail supporting a child with needs on a one-to-one basis, assisting them in learning, social skills, understanding concepts, encouraging communication, ensuring they feel comfortable and safe, and motivating them to achieve.
